Job summary

Crossover is hiring a Literacy Program Coordinator to drive measurable K-3 reading gains using structured-literacy methods at multiple Alpha campuses. You will design lessons from student data, lead 20-minute workshops, and run daily motivation sessions to hit weekly app targets.

You’ll analyze AI-driven performance data, conduct running records, and maintain high accountability for student outcomes while working on-site with 40-hour weeks and relocation support as needed.

Qualifications

• Structured-literacy certification (Orton-Gillingham, LETRS, Wilson Reading System, IMSE, CERI, Neuhaus, UFLI, or equivalent) OR a Master’s in reading instruction
• Bachelor’s degree in any field, plus 2+ years of full-time K-3 structured reading instruction in the last 5 years
• Proven ability to design your own reading lessons and articulate what you teach and how
• Willingness to work in person full-time at an Alpha campus (relocation support provided)
• Willingness to work with all K-3 students and integrate AI/adaptive-learning tools into daily instruction
• US work authorization without visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Creating small-group K-3 reading workshops using live adaptive-app data rooted in structured-literacy approaches
• Leading daily motivation sessions to drive 100% of students toward weekly app goals
• Analyzing AI-generated performance data to modify instruction mid-day
• Conducting running records, fluency probes, and decoding assessments to show gains
• Serving as a high-energy adult presence for K-3 students
