Job summary

Crossover is hiring a Literacy Coach for K-3 students at on-site Alpha campuses across Beverly Hills, La Jolla, Malibu, Palo Alto, Piedmont, San Francisco, Santa Monica, Seattle, Greenwich, Boston, or New York City, with relocation assistance available. Structured-literacy training and AI-adaptive apps form the core of instruction.

Your first months focus on proving effectiveness through small-group sessions and data-informed planning, with weekly progress updates to families.

Qualifications

• Structured-literacy certification or a Master's in reading instruction.
• Bachelor's degree plus 2+ years K-3 teaching experience in past 5 years.
• Ability to design lessons from data and explain instructional approach.

Responsibilities

• Create small-group K-3 reading sessions using live app data.
• Lead daily motivation sessions driving student targets via Alpha framework.
• Analyze AI-generated metrics to adjust instruction during the day.
• Conduct running records and decoding evaluations for weekly reviews.
• Be the engaging adult students look forward to seeing daily.
