Qualifications

• Associate degree in Information Technology or related field.
• 1–2 years IT support experience.
• Growth mindset toward AI and LLMs to improve workflows.
• Strong hardware, software, networking, and security knowledge.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Access, and Power BI.
• Excellent troubleshooting and ability to follow policies and procedures.
• Clear verbal and written communication; able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• End-User Support: Provide prompt technical assistance to team members, resolving hardware and software issues with a service-oriented mindset.
• Inventory Management: Maintain and manage IT assets, including hardware and software, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
• Hardware & Software Installation: Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Office & Conference Infrastructure: Set up and maintain IT infrastructure in office spaces and support audiovisual technology in conference rooms to ensure seamless meetings.
• Documentation & Training: Develop and update user guides and training materials to empower staff to utilize IT resources effectively.
• Data Tools: Utilize Microsoft Access and Power BI for data management, analysis, and reporting.
• Compliance: Adhere to and enforce company policies, procedures, and security checklists to ensure consistent IT support.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with our 6-person IT team to share knowledge, tackle complex projects, and support the firm’s technological growth.
