Qualifications

• 1-3 years of Help Desk, Technical Support, Customer Service, or related IT experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• End User Support: serve as the first point of contact for employee technology requests and resolve hardware, software, device, account, and MS 365 issues.
• Device & Account Administration: configure and deploy computers and devices; assist onboarding and workstation setup; manage access requests; assist with endpoint management and security tasks.
• Documentation & Process Improvement: document troubleshooting steps; contribute to knowledge base; identify recurring issues and suggest improvements; support Copilot and AI solutions; build automation with Power Automate.
• Collaborate with business leaders to identify opportunities where AI and automation can improve productivity and service delivery.
