Hadrian is seeking an Internal Communications Partner to shape how knowledge is created, found, and kept up to date. You’ll own the internal knowledge base as a product, set content standards, and build scalable workflows across AI-enabled tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in internal communications, knowledge management, content strategy or operations, technical writing, or product documentation, ideally at a fast-growing tech company.

Responsabilités

• Own our internal knowledge base as a product. Understand what users need, keep a roadmap and backlog, and organize content around how people look for it, not around our org chart.
• Set the standards for internal content (style guides, templates, page types, metadata, and ownership conventions).
• Run the full content lifecycle from intake to retirement, with a freshness model and clear owners.
• Tie content updates to launches, policy updates, reorgs, and tool rollouts to ship docs with change.
• Audit and consolidate existing content; cut duplicates and establish a single source of truth.
• Stay on top of AI tools for writing, knowledge management, search, and automation to scale the work.
