Hadrian is building autonomous factories and expanding rapidly in the U.S. We’re seeking an Internal Communications Partner in Los Angeles to treat the organization as a product and reimagine how information is created, found, and kept up to date.

You’ll lead internal comms, shape leadership messaging, and build the systems that scale as the company grows, using AI tools and modern knowledge-management platforms to keep content fresh and useful.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in internal communications, knowledge management, content strategy or related fields.
• Owned a knowledge base or documentation set end to end with governance and upkeep.
• Product-minded with focus on users, problems, prioritization, and metrics.

Aufgaben

• Own our internal knowledge base as a product with roadmap, backlog, and content ownership.
• Set standards for internal content, including style guides and page types.
• Manage content lifecycle from intake to retirement with freshness and review triggers.
• Tie content updates to launches, policy changes, and tool rollouts.
• Audit and consolidate existing content to a single source of truth.
• Leverage AI tools to write, manage, and automate content workflows.
• Structure content for AI search and assistants in collaboration with teams.
• Lead change comms and enablement for new tools and ways of working.
• Partner with leaders on company-wide announcements and narratives.
• Simplify channel strategy to ensure consistent external messaging.
• Measure impact (search success, freshness, time to find answers) to guide fixes.
