Job summary

Hadrian is seeking an Internal Communications Partner to design how information travels across the company as it scales. You’ll own the internal knowledge base as a product, set standards, and lead change communications, leadership messaging, and enablement for new tools.

You’ll apply a product mindset to user needs, governance, and content lifecycles, partnering with Enterprise Eng/Builder Tools and content owners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in internal communications, knowledge management, content strategy or operations, technical writing, or product documentation, ideally at a fast-growing tech company.
• Owned a knowledge base, intranet, help center, or documentation set end to end with governance and upkeep.
• Product-minded with a focus on users, problems, prioritization, and iteration; use metrics to decide what to work on.
• Hands-on use of AI tools and experience bringing new tools and automation to a company.

Responsibilities

• Own our internal knowledge base as a product; manage roadmap, backlog, and content organization.
• Set content standards (style guides, templates, page types, metadata, ownership).
• Run the full content lifecycle from intake to retirement with a freshness model and owners.
• Tie content updates to launches, policy updates, reorgs, and tool rollouts; ensure timely ship date.
