Hadrian is seeking an Internal Communications Partner to treat the organization as a product and design how information is created, found, and kept up to date. You will lead core internal comms and build the system that scales with the company.

You9ll be AI-forward, establish content standards, and scale governance and workflows across teams as Hadrian scales manufacturing capabilities in the U.S. This role blends product thinking with communications in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in internal communications, knowledge management, content strategy or operations, ideally at a fast-growing tech company.
• Owned a knowledge base, intranet, help center, or documentation end to end with governance and upkeep.
• Product mindset with focus on users, problems, prioritization, and iteration; uses metrics to decide what to work on.
• Hands-on use of AI tools; experience bringing new tools and driving adoption across teams or locations.

Responsibilities

• Own our internal knowledge base as a product with a roadmap and backlog.
• Set content standards: style guides, templates, page types, metadata, ownership conventions.
• Run the full content lifecycle from intake to retirement; establish freshness and ownership dates.
• Tie content updates to launches, policy changes, reorgs, and tool rollouts to ship with change.
• Audit and consolidate existing content; retire duplicates and establish a single source of truth.
• Stay on top of AI tools for writing, knowledge management, search, and automation to scale work.
• Structure content for AI assistants and search; partner with Enterprise Eng/Builder Tools on rollouts.
• Lead change comms and enablement for new tools and ways of working; build a network of content owners.
• Partner with leaders on company-wide announcements, change communications, and key narratives.
• Simplify channel strategy to ensure consistency with external messaging.
• Measure success (search, freshness, time to find, FAQs) and iteratively improve.
