Job summary

Archer, partnering with LexisNexis, seeks a Manager of Internal Communications, Content & Comms Channels to lead global internal communications programs. You will own platforms, content processes, and channels, collaborating with HR, Finance, Legal, and executives to deliver scalable, AI-enhanced communications.

The role emphasizes editorial excellence, platform optimization (SharePoint, Viva Engage, Microsoft 365), and driving engagement across a multinational workforce.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in Internal Communications, Corporate Communications, Employee Communications, Public Relations, or a related field within a mid-sized or large organization.
• Demonstrated experience working with senior leaders, executives, and global stakeholders.
• Deep hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 technologies, including SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Viva Engage, Microsoft Viva Suite, Enterprise communication platforms and email distribution systems.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer internal communications platforms and content experiences.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve quality, consistency, speed, and impact of content.
• Collaborate with business leaders to translate strategic initiatives into compelling communications.
• Provide comms support for HR, Finance, and Legal, translating content for a broad employee audience.
