Hadrian is seeking an Internal Communications Partner to treat the organization as a product, shaping how information is created, found, and updated across the company. You will lead core internal comms and build the system underneath it to scale as Hadrian grows.

You’ll own the knowledge base as a product, set standards, manage lifecycle, and drive adoption of AI tools to improve writing, search, and automation. A strong writing background and experience with Confluence/Notion are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in internal communications, knowledge management, content strategy or operations, technical writing, or product documentation.
• Owned a knowledge base, intranet, or help center end-to-end with governance.
• Product-minded with user-focused thinking and measurable metrics.
• Hands-on use of AI tools and experience driving adoption across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own our internal knowledge base as a product with a roadmap and backlog.
• Set standards for internal content, templates, and metadata.
• Run content lifecycle from intake to retirement and ensure freshness.
• Tie content updates to launches, policy changes, and tool rollouts.
• Audit and consolidate existing content to establish a single source of truth.
• Stay current with AI writing, knowledge management, search, and automation tools.
• Structure content for AI search and enterprise tooling integrations.
• Lead change comms and enablement for new tools and ways of working.
