Job summary

Hadrian seeks an Internal Communications Partner who treats the organization as a product, with every employee a user. You will shape how content is created, found, and kept up to date, and set standards and systems for scalable, high-quality communications.

You’ll lead announcements, change comms, and leadership messaging, while building the underpinning systems to scale internal communications as Hadrian grows. AI-forward by default, you’ll drive adoption across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in internal communications, knowledge management, content strategy, or product documentation at a fast-growing tech company.
• Owned a knowledge base or documentation set end to end with governance and upkeep.
• Product mindset focusing on users, problems, prioritization, and iteration.

Responsibilities

• Own internal knowledge base as a product, with a roadmap and content organization by user need.
• Set standards for internal content including style guides, templates, and metadata.
• Manage the full content lifecycle from intake to retirement with ownership and review dates.
• Tie content updates to launches, policy changes, or tool rollouts to ensure timely documentation.
• Audit and consolidate existing content to establish a single source of truth.
• Leverage AI tools for writing, knowledge management, search, and automation to scale work.
• Partner with Leaders on company-wide announcements and cross-team communications.
