Job summary

Hudson Advisors is seeking a leader to transform the internal audit function into an AI-enabled department. You will design and manage AI-driven solutions across audit work products, including reports, planning documents, risk assessments, and committee materials.

Based in Dallas, TX, you will oversee reporting, project tracking, and executive communications, combining operations, data analytics, and AI technologies to create a highly efficient and innovative audit function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or economics.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance reporting and content development.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Use AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies to enhance reporting and content development.
• Evaluate and implement technology solutions that improve department procedures.
• Maintain dashboards and tracking tools to provide visibility into status and performance.
• Draft and edit reports, memos, and presentations.
• Create departmental templates and style standards across Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Maintain training records and certification documentation.
• Facilitate training sessions to promote professional development.
• Develop policies, procedures, charters, templates, and records retention documentation.
• Manage department calendars, recurring deliverables, and reporting schedules.
