Job summary

Forvis Mazars seeks an executive leader with deep insurance transformation experience to grow our US Financial Services consulting practice. You will guide C-suite advisory engagements and lead enterprise transformation across P&C, Life, Health, Specialty, and Reinsurance.

Lead operating-model redesign, AI-enabled workflow reinvention, and CFO transformation initiatives while building long-term client relationships in NYC and the Northeast.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of insurance consulting and/or insurance industry experience.
• Proven success as a Partner/MD/ED with business development and client leadership responsibilities.
• Deep expertise advising across claims, underwriting, policy administration, finance, and data/tech modernization.

Responsibilities

• Lead client advisory and executive engagement leadership for insurance transformation.
• Grow the insurance transformation consulting business in the US in partnership with leadership.
• Advise on transformation strategy, roadmaps, AI adoption, and value realization.
• Translate insurance economics and data challenges into clear executive recommendations.
• Build relationships with select clients in NYC and the Northeast markets.
