You will manage end-to-end engagements from strategy through execution, collaborating with executives and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-impact outcomes.

The role requires hands-on AI experience across modeling, governance, and deployment, with strong consulting and relationship-building skills to drive client value and responsible AI practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Hands-on AI experience across modeling, implementation, governance, and/or systems.
• 8+ years in AI, data analysis, quantitative analysis, or model development/validation.
• Prior consulting or professional services advising senior leaders on AI, digital transformation, analytics, or operational strategy.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience developing and expanding executive-level client relationships and identifying opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on identifying and defining high-impact AI use cases aligned to business objectives.
• Partner with executives and technical stakeholders to prioritize AI initiatives by value, feasibility, and risk.
• Lead the development of enterprise and domain-specific AI strategies and multi-year roadmaps.
• Guide clients through AI implementation—from concept to production—ensuring scalability and sustainability.
• Design and help deploy AI frameworks, infrastructure, and operating models.
• Build and orchestrate AI-enabled processes to support client solutions and internal activities.
• Provide guidance on AI governance, policy, and responsible AI practices.
• Identify AI-related risks and design metrics, controls, and monitoring approaches.
• Support AI model evaluation, validation, and lifecycle management.
• Manage AI-focused consulting engagements from scoping to delivery.
• Coach and mentor consultants and senior consultants.
• Lead pursuits, proposals, and client presentations.
• Build long-term client relationships rooted in trust and delivery excellence.
