Job summary

Infosys Consulting is seeking a Principal for Business Process Reimagination, AI & Automation in North America. The role requires deep advisory experience with insurance executives, leading teams in reimagination, optimization, and automation programs across underwriting, claims, and servicing.

You will drive end-to-end transformations using RPA, IDP, AI/ML, GenAI, and BPMN tools, collaborating with global delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience with 2 years in comparable consulting services.
• Experience across the insurance value chain: Underwriting, Claims, New Business, Policy Servicing, etc.
• Authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
• Multitask, engage with stakeholders, plan effectively, and achieve operational goals.
• Excellent relationship-building abilities.
• Collaborate with resources in global delivery model.
• Experience leading programs using Agile or hybrid methodologies.
