Job summary

Forvis Mazars US seeks an executive-level leader with deep insurance transformation experience to grow and expand our Financial Services consulting practice in the US. This role requires advising insurance entities on enterprise transformation, operating model modernization, AI-enabled workflow reinvention, core platform modernization, and CFO transformation.

Lead executive engagements with CEOs, CFOs, COOs, CIOs, and senior leaders, shaping transformation roadmaps, governance, and value

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 15+ years of insurance consulting/industry experience for multiple lines (P&C, Life, Health, Specialty, Reinsurance).
• Experience as a Partner/MD/ED with business development and client leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive engagement and advisory work with insurance C-suite.
• Grow the insurance transformation practice in the US.
• Advise on transformation strategy, operating models, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Redesign operating models across insurance value chain.
• Manage cross-functional engagement teams and delivery excellence.
