Job summary

Accenture seeks Life Insurance consulting leaders to drive critical transformation workstreams across the value chain, from underwriting to servicing, leveraging AI and automation to deliver measurable outcomes. Qualifications

Experience leading business/tech workstreams across complex transformations.
Proven ability to shape and lead consulting engagements with stakeholders.
Hands-on agile/iterative delivery, including Product Owner/PM roles.
Foundational knowledge of AI concepts and agentic AI in insurance.

Responsibilities

Lead critical business and technology workstreams across Life & Annuity transformation programs.
Partner with client leaders to define objectives, operating models, and roadmaps.
Redesign end-to-end workflows across underwriting, policy administration, servicing, and claims.
Help clients apply AI, automation, and emerging tech to improve performance and customer experience.
Design AI-enabled workflows including agent roles, orchestration, data, and controls.
Translate priorities into actionable delivery plans connecting operations, data, and AI.
