Qualifications

• 7+ years in consulting, carrier, or transformation in Life Insurance, Annuities, or related areas.
• Experience leading business and/or technology workstreams in complex transformation or digital programs.
• Proven ability to shape, lead, and sell consulting engagements with stakeholder management and structured problem-solving.
• Hands-on experience delivering programs in agile or iterative environments, including Product Owner/Manager roles.
• Foundational knowledge of AI concepts and agentic AI in insurance, with ability to design AI-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional workstreams across Life & Annuity transformation programs, from strategy to value realization.
• Partner with client leaders to define transformation objectives, operating models, and roadmaps.
• Redesign end-to-end workflows across underwriting, policy administration, servicing, claims, distribution, and operations.
• Identify how AI, automation, and emerging tech can improve performance, CX, and workforce effectiveness.
• Design AI-enabled workflows including roles, orchestration, data, controls, and value measures.
• Translate priorities into actionable delivery plans spanning operations, data, and AI.
