Job summary

Forvis Mazars, LLP seeks a Senior Manager in Quantitative Consulting - AI to lead AI strategy, governance, and solution deployment for major financial services clients. You will guide engagements from concept through production, ensuring scalable, responsible AI programs.

You will partner with senior executives to define roadmaps, manage cross-functional teams, and deliver measurable business value while expanding trusted advisory relationships.

Qualifications

• Hands-on AI experience across modeling, implementation, governance, and/or systems.
• 8+ years of AI, data analysis, quantitative analysis, or model development/validation
• Experience advising senior leaders on AI, digital transformation, analytics, or operational strategy initiatives
• Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities
• Experience developing and expanding executive-level client relationships

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on identifying and defining high-impact AI use cases aligned to business objectives.
• Partner with executive and technical stakeholders to prioritize AI initiatives based on value, feasibility, and risk.
• Lead the development of enterprise and domain-specific AI strategies and multi-year roadmaps.
• Guide clients through AI implementation—from concept to production—ensuring scalability and sustainability.
• Design and help deploy AI frameworks, infrastructure, and operating models.
• Build and orchestrate agentic workflows and AI-enabled processes for client solutions and internal activities.
• Provide expert guidance on AI governance, policy, and responsible AI practices.
• Identify AI-related risks and design metrics, controls, and monitoring approaches.
• Support AI model evaluation, validation, and lifecycle management activities.
• Manage AI-focused consulting engagements from scoping through delivery and close-out.
• Coach, mentor, and review the work of consultants and senior consultants.
• Serve as a confident, credible client-facing leader.
• Lead pursuits, proposals, and client presentations.
• Build and deepen long-term client relationships rooted in trust and delivery excellence.
