Job summary

Forvis Mazars US is seeking an executive-level consulting leader with deep insurance transformation experience to grow our Financial Services practice in the US. The role focuses on advising P&C, Life, Health Specialty, and Reinsurance carriers on enterprise transformation and operating model modernization.

The leader will drive executive engagements with insurance CEOs, CFOs, COOs, CIOs, and business-unit leaders, shaping strategy, AI adoption, and value realization across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of insurance consulting and/or insurance industry experience.
• Partner or senior market-facing leader with business development experience.
• Deep expertise across claims, underwriting, policy administration, billing, finance, and data modernization.
• Ability to sell, shape, and deliver complex transformation initiatives.
• Executive presence with C-suite stakeholders and delivery leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead client advisory and executive engagement across insurance clients.
• Grow insurance transformation consulting business in the US in partnership with leadership.
• Manage end-to-end transformation programs across operating models, data, AI, and finance.
• Build relationships with NYC and Northeast clients.
• Represent the firm externally through client events and market conversations.
