Infosys Consulting North America seeks a Principal to lead Business Process Reimagination, AI & Automation engagements for Insurance clients. You will advise executives, drive end-to-end process reimagination, and oversee teams delivering RPA, IDP, AI/ML and GenAI solutions across Life, P&C, Health and more.

We expect experience across underwriting, claims, new business, and policy servicing, with strong change management and digital transformation execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required.
• 7+ years of relevant work experience with 2 years in comparable consulting services.
• Experience across Insurance value chain (Underwriting, Claims, New Business, Policy Servicing).
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship (no sponsorship provided).
• Multitask, stakeholder management, and operational goal achievement.
• Excellent relationship-building abilities and collaboration in global delivery.
