Job summary

Infosys Consulting in North America seeks a Senior Consultant in Insurance focusing on AI & Automation. You will advise Insurance clients executives, lead teams, and shape reimagination and modernization programs across underwriting, claims, and policy servicing.

Required experience includes end-to-end automation (RPA, IDP, AI/ML), BPMN tooling (IBM Blue Works, Visio), and delivery of complex transformation programs.

Qualifications

• Experience advising Insurance client executives, both business and IT.
• Experience leading teams on Insurance process reimagination, optimization, AI and Automation.
• Experience across underwriting, claims, new business and policy servicing in insurance.
