Drive team performance with clear KPI setting, data coaching, and use of AI analytics.
Conduct regular sessions focused on skill development, sales strategy, and AI-assisted prospecting.
Design sales playbooks leveraging AI-driven insights for outreach and targeting.
Collaborate with leadership to share performance analytics and inform strategy.
Deliver weekly data analyses and translate metrics into actionable insights.
Own sales execution and ensure achievement of SaaS growth targets.
