Job summary

Sage is seeking an AI Partner Sales Execution Specialist to apply AI-driven insights to improve partner sales effectiveness across the US. This hybrid Atlanta-based role reports to the SVP of Partner Sales and focuses on AI-first strategies to enhance partner readiness, pipeline, and forecasting accuracy.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in leveraging AI tools to create exceptional sales outcomes.
• 5 years of experience in partner sales, sales operations, sales enablement, or sales execution roles.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Ability to operate cross-functionally with sales, enablement, marketing, and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• AI-Driven Sales Execution: design and rollout scalable AI-enabled partner sales execution frameworks and insights.
• Partner & Field Collaboration: work with Channel Executives, Partners, and Sales leaders to align priorities with revenue goals.
• Performance Management & Insights: build dashboards and scorecards to track partner KPIs and surface trends.
• Enablement & Adoption: support rollout of AI-powered sales tools and best practices for partners.
• Continuous Improvement & Innovation: pilot new AI use cases and scale successful approaches across the partner ecosystem.
