Job summary

Sovos is seeking a GTM AI Analyst to own the technology portfolio supporting the go-to-market organization. You will drive seller and team productivity by administering GTM tools with a focus on AI, identifying opportunities to simplify work and reduce manual effort.

You will collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, IT, Security, and Finance to translate business needs into effective tool and workflow solutions.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Customer Success Operations, business systems, or related GTM function.
• Hands-on experience supporting, administering, implementing, or optimizing SaaS business tools.
• Demonstrated ability to document end-to-end business processes and translate needs into clear requirements and tech-enabled solutions.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce and GTM tech such as sales engagement, analytics, or productivity platforms.
• Experience improving processes, coordinating across stakeholders, and driving adoption.

Responsibilities

• Define GTM technology strategy and roadmap based on business priorities and adoption opportunities.
• Translate productivity challenges into requirements; evaluate tools, AI capabilities, and automation options.
• Partner with Sales Operations, IT, Security, and vendors to translate decisions into implementation requirements.
• Identify repeatable GTM activities to improve via AI, automation, and copilots; prototype, test, and rollout.
• Analyze seller workflows to identify bottlenecks and opportunities to automate.
• Gather and document requirements, user stories, and process flows; coordinate testing and deployment.
• Develop user guidance, training materials, and adoption plans; gather feedback and reinforce standard processes.
• Ensure tools and AI use cases follow standards for access, data handling, and governance.
• Define and track adoption, utilization, time savings, and business impact; report to GTM leadership.
• Build strong relationships across GTM, balancing user needs with constraints.
