Job summary

Accessiway is seeking a Mid-Senior GTM Engineer to design and scale AI-driven revenue plays in a remote-first setup, with hybrid options in Turin, Paris, or Vienna. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to own pipeline, deals, onboarding, and renewal motions while building guardrails and data pipelines to optimize performance.

• Strong systems thinking to automate and scale.
• Hands-on with enrichment/workflow platforms and APIs.
• Data enrichment from multiple sources and use in plays.
• Proven B2B SaaS pipeline generation and revenue lifecycle.
• Outcome-focused with experimental mindset.
• Fluent English for collaboration across markets.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-driven systems powering revenue motion end-to-end.
• Embed AI into all revenue stages with guardrails for accuracy.
• Generate outbound and inbound pipeline across markets.
• Automate deals, onboarding, and CRM updates; surface risk early.
• Drive renewal and expansion plays with Customer Success.
• Own data enrichment pipelines from CRM and product data.
• Experiment, measure outcomes, and scale successful plays.
