Job summary

Cresta is seeking an AI Engineer (GTM) to help our GTM teams prioritize high-value accounts, automate manual tasks, and build AI-native systems for revenue growth. You will work closely with executive leadership to design and deploy AI-enabled workflows across Salesforce, Gong, and other major tools.

Remote/hybrid role targeting SF or NYC, with flexibility to other U.S. locations. Competitive base salary with equity and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

Engineer who can bridge deep technical ability with real GTM understanding.
Entrepreneur mindset with strong ownership and bias to build.
Strong understanding of enterprise GTM and sales workflows.
Comfortable writing code, using APIs, automation, data systems, and AI tools.
Deep familiarity with modern sales tech stacks.
High ownership, speed, and focus on real revenue outcomes.

Responsibilities

Help GTM teams prioritize the right accounts using AI and data.
Surface hard-to-find intelligence about accounts, tech stacks, and footprints.
Replace manual research with automation and AI to prep opportunities.
Auto-generate account plans, stakeholder maps, and discovery prep in seller workflows.
Automate quoting, approvals, and document generation using AI agents.
Integrate and maximize Salesforce, Gong, Slack, Glean, Coda and more.
Build systems that work inside workflows and optimize segmentation and coverage.
Take ownership of sales effectiveness and revenue growth.
