Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of experience in Growth, GTM Ops, RevOps, Automation roles in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Deep understanding of Sales & Outbound tactics.
• Strong hands-on experience with GTM tools (n8n, Clay, Salesforce, etc)

Responsibilities

• Build and scale AI-first GTM automation tools and internal AI agents.
• Own outbound pipeline generation for North America with experiments and field feedback.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to optimize targeting and messaging.
