Job summary

Neo Security in the United States is seeking a GTM Engineer who blends growth marketing with technical build work. You will design and ship AI-powered automations and data workflows across the revenue funnel, writing scripts and lightweight tools that connect best-in-class marketing tools.

You'll own integrations across CRM, marketing automation, and data platforms, prototype quickly, measure impact, and document solutions so non-technical teammates can use them.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a technical marketing, growth engineering, marketing operations, or GTM engineering role, preferably in B2B SaaS or AI.
• Hands-on coding ability (Python, JavaScript) to build scripts, automations, and lightweight tools independently.
• Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) and/or AI agent frameworks beyond off-the-shelf features.
• Strong knowledge of modern RevOps stack and API/iPaaS integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain AI-powered workflows across the revenue funnel (lead scoring, enrichment, intent signals).
• Develop internal tools and lightweight agents to bridge gaps between marketing and sales tools.
• Pilot and integrate cutting-edge AI tools into the GTM stack, from testing to production.
• Own data integrations across CRM, marketing automation, data warehouse, and enrichment providers.
