Job summary

Didero, Inc. is hiring a GTM Engineer in a hybrid role based in San Francisco.

You’ll design and scale outbound systems that identify and engage high-potential customers across manufacturing, distribution, and supply chain, driving pipeline growth with automation and AI-powered workflows. You’ll collaborate with sales, marketing, and leadership to experiment, optimize, and scale repeatable GTM playbooks while balancing strategic thinking with hands-on outreach in a fast-moving startup

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience in growth, GTM engineering, sales operations, business development, or a related role.
• Experience building or managing outbound prospecting workflows, lead generation systems, or GTM automation.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, sales engagement tools, and data enrichment technologies.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to inform decisions.
• Experience leveraging AI tools or automation to improve workflows and productivity.
• Strong communication skills translating technical ideas into business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize outbound systems that identify, prioritize, and engage high-potential customers across manufacturing, distribution, and supply chain.
• Own pipeline generation, combining targeted prospecting, personalized outreach, and automated workflows to drive qualified sales opportunities.
• Leverage AI and automation tools to streamline lead research, enrich prospect data, personalize messaging, and improve outbound efficiency.
• Design and run GTM experiments across different customer segments, messaging strategies, and outreach channels to uncover new growth opportunities.
• Develop scalable prospecting workflows using tools like Clay, Apollo, CRM platforms, and other sales technologies.
• Analyze funnel performance and conversion data to continuously improve targeting, outreach effectiveness, and pipeline quality.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and leadership to refine our ideal customer profile, identify new opportunities, and turn successful experiments into repeatable GTM playbooks.
