Forgepoint is hiring in NYC for a true 0→1 role that blends engineering with go-to-market. You’ll build the automations and tooling that power outbound, enrichment, CRM, and AI-assisted GTM workflows, partnering with founders and sales/marketing leaders.

Expect hands-on API work, scripting, and end-to-end ownership in a fast-paced, revenue-focused environment. You’ll work daily with the team in-person at our NYC office, shipping scalable systems that improve conversion and velocity across

Qualifications

• Technical ability to script, call APIs, and wire tools into reliable systems.
• Product sense for what actually moves pipeline, not just looks cool.
• Owns systems end-to-end from idea to production.

Responsibilities

• Build and own outbound GTM systems from sourcing to outreach.
• Keep GTM data foundation trustworthy by CRM and enrichment tool integrations.
• Turn founder-led workflows into repeatable systems for research, outreach, and pipeline reviews.
• Build AI-powered tools and agents to speed and personalize GTM work.
• Collaborate with sales/marketing to identify bottlenecks and ship improvements.
• Own production: APIs, edge cases, monitoring, and documentation.
