Job summary

Tricentis is seeking a senior leader to design and operationalize AI-powered GTM systems spanning lead-to-cash, customer lifecycle, and renew-to-expand motions. You will align across Sales, Marketing, CS, Operations, and Product to drive adoption and measurable revenue growth.

You’ll shape governance for data, workflows, and AI-enabled processes, and translate emerging AI capabilities into practical field solutions that improve forecasting, engagement, and overall performance.

Qualifications

• Design and implement AI-enabled GTM workflows that improve commercial performance or operational efficiency.
• Redesign lead-to-cash, customer lifecycle, renewal, or expansion processes around customer buying behavior.
• Align Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, Product, and executives around shared transformation priorities.
• Govern GTM data, workflows, and AI-enabled processes to improve adoption and value.
• Translate emerging AI capabilities into practical field solutions that boost pipeline, forecasting, and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve AI-powered GTM architecture across the buyer journey.
• Build repeatable AI-enabled programs to help sellers and customer success teams.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, CS, Operations, Product, and executives to align AI initiatives with revenue goals.
• Lead governance and adoption of GTM systems, data, and processes.
