Job summary

Gong’s AI Acceleration Team seeks a GTM AI Architect to identify high-leverage opportunities, scope, design, and implement AI-driven GTM workflows with a GTM AI Engineer. You will ensure adoption and drive impact across revenue teams.

You will partner with Ops, Analytics, Product, and IT to translate technical possibilities into business value, ultimately moving workflows from concept to production and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading AI adoption initiatives within a GTM/RevOps context.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical AI workflows.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Identify friction and manual work across GTM workflows and propose AI-driven solutions to eliminate it
• Architect AI-powered workflows and internal tools that increase productivity across GTM teams
• Take initiatives from concept through production and continued iteration — not just prototyping or proof-of-concept work
• Translate technical possibilities into clear business cases and outcomes for stakeholders and leadership
• Partner closely with the internal Ops, Analytics, Product, and IT teams, who own the operational surfaces, broader data foundation, and AI tooling/hosting infrastructure this work builds on
• Drive adoption of new AI tools and workflows across teams — measuring and reporting on impact, not just delivery
• Work with subject matter experts pulled in from field teams
