Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing AI-enabled GTM workflows.
• Built or redesigned lead-to-cash, customer lifecycle, renewal, or expansion processes.
• Experience coordinating multiple functions (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, Product) around transformation priorities.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve AI-powered GTM architecture across lead-to-cash, customer lifecycle, and renew-to-expand motions.
• Build repeatable AI-enabled programs to help sellers, customer success teams, and partners make better decisions.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, Product, and executives to align AI initiatives with revenue goals and business priorities.
