Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a senior strategist who will partner with the Consumer Group leaders to translate broad business ideas into clear, executable plans. You will influence cross-functional teams across operations and technology, leveraging AI/automation to unlock growth and efficiency.

You will collaborate with senior executives to design strategies, implement scalable processes, and drive measurable outcomes, including a tightly managed operating rhythm for the CG.

Qualifications

• 6-8 year professional experience in roles delivering impact across an organization (strategy, ops, or similar).
• Experience designing or implementing ML/AI or automation solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and business acumen.
• Ability to synthesize complex topics into clear narratives for diverse audiences.
• Ability to rapidly learn new business domains and processes.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with creative problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Partner with CG senior leaders to develop business strategies that drive growth and value for customers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with technology platform leaders to influence planning and investment priorities.
• Provide analytical support to leaders for operational improvements and rigorous execution.
• Learn from best practices and scale them across CG with business leaders.
• Shape and manage the CG’s operating rhythm and planning processes as a member of the Business Operations Leadership team.
