You will own ambiguous problems, structure execution plans, and directly drive outcomes that unlock durable growth, including AI-enabled opportunities and operating-system improvements guiding leadership reviews.

Qualifications

• 8 to 12+ years of experience in business strategy, operations, or related field, ideally in high growth environments.
• Experience advising senior executives on high-stakes decisions.
• Ability to synthesize large, complex information into clear insights for leaders.
• Strong business judgment linking strategy, operations, and financial performance.
• Experience designing executive operating rhythms, planning processes, or performance systems.
• Executive-level written and verbal communication; ability to drive decisions with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Shape strategy and vision for Mid-Market initiatives and AI-native growth.
• Lead high-impact, cross-functional growth or improvement programs.
• Build AI-native operating systems to monitor the business and inform reviews.
• Identify and operationalize new growth initiatives across Intuit product lines.
