Intuit’s Corporate Strategy and Development team is seeking a Manager focused on growth strategy. You will lead high-impact strategies and implementation plans, collaborating with business units and supporting CEO and Board decisions.

The role emphasizes leadership, relationship building, and the ability to leverage AI for insights and rapid issue resolution. Hybrid work with 2-3 days in Mountain View, CA.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of work experience; MBA preferred.
• Experience with a top-tier strategy consulting firm or in a strategy function within an operating company preferred.
• Excellent quantitative analytical skills, creativity in problem solving, and strong business sense.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead joint problem-solving with mid-level and senior-level business partners.
• Assess core strategic questions through research, customer and expert interviews, and data-driven quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Take ownership for significant portions of strategy development and generate actionable insights and recommendations.
• Engage with key stakeholders across Intuit’s BUs to develop recommendations and drive outcomes.
• Understand and stay current with the competitive landscape and emerging trends.
• Author and deliver high-impact presentations to senior management.
• Leverage AI to drive better insights in faster time frames and evaluate AI tools for research and prototyping.
