Job summary

Intuit is hiring a Principal in Business Strategy and Operations to act as a senior advisor and hands-on builder for QuickBooks. You will shape strategy, drive cross-functional initiatives, and personally push high-impact work from framing to shipped outcomes.

This role reports to the Director of Strategy & Business Operations and collaborates with VPs across product, marketing, sales, finance, and delivery.

Qualifications

• 8 to 12+ years of experience in business strategy, business operations, strategic planning, management consulting, corporate development, or related field.
• Experience directly advising senior executives and supporting complex, high-stakes business decisions.
• Proven ability to synthesize large volumes of complex information into clear insights for leaders.
• Executive-level written and verbal communication skills; ability to drive decisions with VPs and above.
• Interest in FinTech, SaaS, or small business software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Shape the strategy and vision for QuickBooks to drive durable growth and AI-native experiences.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives spanning Product, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Delivery.
• Build and operationalize an AI-native operating system to monitor performance and inform reviews.
• Own ambiguity, structure problems, set priorities, and drive high-impact outcomes to a shipped result.
