Job summary

You will sit at the center of the Commercial organization, connecting strategy with execution to drive velocity and impact. You will partner with Marketing, Sales, Finance and Product to define initiatives, apply AI-enabled tools, and deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in business operations, strategy or corporate development.
• Experience leading multi-year strategy and planning, incl. annual planning and scenario development.
• Strong analytics, financial modeling, KPI trend analysis; SQL/Python or low-code tooling a plus.
• Proven ability to run operating reviews; drive cadence, clarity and accountability.
• Cross-functional influence across product, marketing, sales, finance and analytics; build consensus.
• Executive-level written and verbal communication; drive decisions.
• Outcomes-driven with ownership mindset; balance long-range strategy with execution.
• GenAI tools proficiency (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, NotebookLM).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Scope and establish commercial initiatives that drive growth.
• Lead annual and multi-year planning, prioritization and sequencing with AI-enabled tools.
• Analyze channel performance, market trends and operational metrics to inform strategy.
• Shape executive decisions with clear recommendations and tradeoffs and present succinct narratives.
• Manage cross-functional initiatives from conception to execution with alignment across teams.
