Job summary

Alignable, Inc. is seeking a senior growth professional to own activation, retention, and upgrade strategies. You will pull data, form hypotheses, build tests, and report outcomes to cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Data.

This role is hands-on and has one upgrade target to optimize with AI-assisted tooling. You will shape free-to-paid offers, test paywall moments, and drive upgrades across active member segments.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years in growth, conversion, lifecycle, or product-led growth.
• Ownership of free-to-paid or upsell lift with measurable results.
• Experience meeting revenue or conversion targets, including recovering from being behind.
• Fluency with product usage data and turning findings into testable hypotheses.
• Experience shipping experiments and collaborating with engineers to deploy changes.
• Daily use of AI in analysis, writing, building, and testing.

Responsibilities

• Own active member conversion and drive upgrades.
• Define upgrade paths and offers within Allie.
• Collaborate with Activation, Retention, Product, Engineering, and Data.
• Prototype experiments with AI coding tools and push changes to production.
• Ship tests and measure impact against baselines.
• Analyze product usage data to form hypotheses and run tests.
