Qualifikationen

• 5–8+ years in Product Management or Growth roles within tech.
• Proven success improving acquisition, engagement, retention, or monetization.
• Experience owning growth metrics and experimentation roadmaps.
• Strong knowledge of analytics platforms (Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4, Looker, Tableau).
• SQL proficiency and experience working with large datasets.
• Experience integrating AI into customer-facing products.
• Familiarity with no-code and low-code automation.

• Own Product Growth Strategy: identify opportunities to improve acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and revenue.
• Lead Experimentation: design, launch, and evaluate A/B tests and growth experiments.
• Drive AI Transformation: identify AI opportunities to improve experiences and operations, build AI-powered automations.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Analytics to deliver scalable growth solutions.
