Alignable, Inc. is seeking a growth-focused leader to own free-to-paid conversion using product-led growth strategies. You will leverage usage data and run experiments to drive revenue with ownership of end-to-end lift.

You'll work closely with founders and the AI-driven analytics toolkit to design, ship, and measure initiatives that move small business owners from free accounts to paid upgrades.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in growth, conversion, or product-led growth with ownership of a free-to-paid lift.
• Experience with usage data and shipping experiments to drive revenue.
• Comfort with AI tools for analysis, writing, and prototyping; ability to work independently.

Responsabilités

• Drive active member conversions from free to paid for targeted segments.
• Define Allie conversations path to upgrades and map activation to paid outcomes.
• Identify and fix breakpoints in the activation-to-paid lifecycle.
• Own experiments to meet revenue targets and report results.
