Job summary

Stealth Company in Redwood City, CA is seeking a senior growth operator to own customer acquisition and build measurement systems. You’ll own paid channels, growth strategy, experimentation, analytics, attribution, and AI-enabled growth, turning data into action.

Collaborating with product, engineering, operations, and leadership, you’ll scale the acquisition engine, optimize CAC/LTV, and establish a robust data infrastructure to drive faster, smarter decisions and business growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, growth analytics, or a related field.
• Proven experience owning paid acquisition and growth strategy, ideally for a consumer product or technology company.
• Strong hands-on experience using AI tools to improve your work.

Responsibilities

• Own customer acquisition: Develop and manage our paid acquisition strategy, including channel mix, budgets, targeting, retargeting, and optimization.
• Build the growth engine: Develop our acquisition plan from launch through scale, with a focus on CAC, conversion, LTV, and efficient growth.
• Lead experimentation: Build a disciplined testing program across audiences, creative, messaging, channels, landing pages, and new growth opportunities.
• Use AI to accelerate growth: Incorporate AI tools and workflows into acquisition, analytics, experimentation, research, creative development, and reporting where they can meaningfully improve speed or performance.
• Turn creative into performance: Partner closely with creative to develop, test, and scale the ads and content that drive customer growth.
• Build our measurement foundation: Establish the reporting, attribution, and tracking needed to understand where customers come from, what converts them, and what drives value.
• Turn data into decisions: Analyze acquisition and customer data to identify opportunities, diagnose performance, and determine where we should invest next.
• Partner across the company: Work with product, engineering, and creative to ensure we have the right data, tracking, tools, and customer insights to continuously improve growth.
