Alignable is seeking a Senior Marketing professional in the United States to own growth, conversion, and lifecycle initiatives. You will drive free-to-paid upgrades, map activation paths, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data to run AI-assisted tests and experiments.

This role is a senior individual contributor with autonomy and impact across channels. You will leverage Allie as a conversion channel, define upgrade journeys, and ship data-driven campaigns with uncapped variable pay

Formación

• 5–8 years in growth, conversion, lifecycle, or product-led growth.
• Ownership of free-to-paid, trial-to-paid, or upsell lift with measurable results.
• Fluency with product usage data and turning insights into testable hypotheses.
• Comfort shipping experiments and prototyping with AI coding tools.

Responsabilidades

• Own free-to-paid conversions for active members in target segments.
• Identify ready-to-buy moments in product usage data and build offers and paths.
• Map activation to paid upgrades and fix bottlenecks.
• Define Allie conversations as upgrade pathways and drive upgrades.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Data to run tests and ship improvements.
• Test offers and paywall moments; provide evidence for pricing decisions.
