ClickUp is seeking a hands-on Growth Leader to own the AI-powered growth system from signup to paid conversion. You will work closely with the founders to push the boundaries of AI-driven activation, retention, and monetization in a self-serve SaaS environment.

This is an IC role with high ownership, requiring hands-on AI content generation, experimental rigor, and strong product judgment to ship core improvements and fight churn.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in growth, lifecycle, or growth product roles in self-serve SaaS.
• Proven experience optimizing onboarding and activation funnels with product collaboration.
• Hands-on experience building AI systems that generate user-level content.
• Ability to connect behavioral data, AI decisioning, content generation and delivery.
• Strong experimentation and product judgment with high ownership.

Responsabilités

• Own the post-signup journey across onboarding, activation, retention, and conversion to paid.
• Find onboarding drop-offs and partner with Product to ship fixes.
• Build AI systems that generate content per user based on intent and workspace context.
• Create recursive learning loops to measure outcomes and improve content automatically with human oversight.
• Drive paywall, upgrade, promo, and anti-churn experiences reflecting real value.
• Collaborate with founders, Product, Engineering, and Data to prototype, iterate fast.
