You will run data-driven experiments, define upgrade paths, and work with Activation, Retention, Product, Engineering, and Data teams. The role blends growth engineering with product-led growth, using AI tools to ship improvements.

You’ll drive the testing mindset, quantify impact, and craft experiments that move users from free to paid, contributing to Alignable’s mission to help small businesses grow.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years in growth, conversion, lifecycle, or product-led growth.
• Experience with data-driven testing and optimization.
• Track record of meeting revenue or upgrade targets.

Responsibilities

• Own activation-to-paid path, running tests and measuring impact.
• Define Allie conversion flows and partner with Product/Engineering.
• Prototype and ship experiments using AI coding tools, collaborating with engineers.
• Demonstrate impact with data and clearly communicate results to leadership.
