Alignable, Inc. is seeking a senior growth/conversion leader to own the mid funnel between activation and paid upgrades. You will pull data, form hypotheses, build tests, and report outcomes, collaborating with Activation, Retention, Product, Engineering, and Data teams.

This role blends growth engineering with experimentation, using AI tools to ship high-impact tests and drive revenue. The role emphasizes ownership, data-driven decision making, and shipping measurable results.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years in growth, conversion, lifecycle, or product-led growth.
• Ownership of a free-to-paid or upsell lift with measurable results.
• Experience with product usage data and testing in a SaaS environment.

Responsabilités

• Own active member conversion and drive upgrades from free to paid.
• Define Allie-driven upgrade paths and optimize conversations.
• Develop offers, prompts, and paths from activation to paid to maximize upgrades.
• Lead test-driven experiments with AI and data analysis.
