Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Growth/PM roles in tech.
• Proven ability to drive customer acquisition/retention improvements.
• Experience owning growth metrics and experimentation roadmaps.
• Strong knowledge of modern product analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Own Product Growth Strategy and KPIs.
• Design, launch, and evaluate growth experiments (A/B tests).
• Identify AI-enabled opportunities to improve customer experience and operations.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Analytics to deliver scalable solutions.
