Job summary

Alignable, Inc. is seeking a senior contributor to drive free-to-paid upgrades using product usage data and experiments. You will own the upgrade path, build offers, and run tests with AI tooling, working closely with Activation, Retention, Product, Engineering, and Data to push revenue growth.

Your work centers on uncovering ready-to-buy moments, validating hypotheses, and delivering measurable upgrade improvements while collaborating on product and pricing strategy.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years in growth, conversion, lifecycle, or product-led growth.
• Own free-to-paid upgrades with measurable results and revenue impact.
• Experience with subscription or freemium models and paying users.

Responsibilities

• Spot ready-to-buy moments in product usage data and build offers, prompts, and paths that turn them into upgrades.
• Map the path from activated to paid, addressing real-world frictions and data signals.
• Define where Allie conversations should lead to an upgrade and work with the product to enable it.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to build Allie for upgrades and test higher-value experiences.
• Run experiments to drive upgrades, measure impact, and report to leadership.
• Provide evidence for pricing and packaging decisions, influencing leadership direction.
