ClearDesk is seeking a Head of Growth in the San Diego area to own the full top of the funnel, from demand generation to handoff to sales. This builder role involves running the numbers, drafting the initial campaigns, participating in SDR calls, and fixing what’s broken before scaling the team.

The role emphasizes hands-on execution with AI tools daily, budget responsibility, and leadership of a lean growth team to drive consistent pipeline and bookings with quarterly bonuses tied to targets.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in B2B growth or demand generation with 3+ years leading a team and owning a pipeline.
• Proven track record turning founder-led marketing into a repeatable engine.
• Hands-on with paid media and reading performance without dashboards.
• Experience managing SDRs or appointment-setting motions.

Responsabilités

• Own the pipeline: deliver qualified appointments to sales monthly.
• Lead paid acquisition across Meta, Google, LinkedIn from creatives to landing pages and attribution.
• Manage the SDR team: hiring, scripts, cadences, and daily leadership.
• Improve show rates and recovery to convert booked to held conversations.
• Build outbound and email engine: lists, sequencing, deliverability, testing.
• Grow presence in target verticals through associations and media.
• Own CEO’s LinkedIn as a demand channel with a small creative team.
• Report CAC and pipeline by channel weekly, adjust plans as data dictates.
• Hire and develop a lean growth team as channels prove out.
